“OUR STORY”
Originally founded in Salt Lake City in 1884, Fisher Brewing Company has returned as an employee owned, community-focused craft brewery. Located in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, we serve fine ales and lagers on draft in our brewery taproom featuring a rotating cast of local food trucks. Our hours of operation are Noon everyday to 11 PM Monday thru Thursday, midnight Friday and Saturday, and we close at 10 PM on Sunday.
We allow dogs on our side patio. All dogs must have current rabies tags and must remain on leash at all times.
We are a 21 and over only establishment.
